Details to Gather Before Wedding Day

A month leading into every couple’s wedding I send out an email to the bride asking a series of questions and requesting a few things from them. I ask each bride to gather all the important detail items they’d like me to capture and put them in a bag for me to grab the morning of the wedding. This will eliminate the need for me to ask you where your Grandma’s necklace is while you’re getting lipstick put on. You don’t want to be scrambling to gather your detail pieces together when you should be poppin champagne with your besties! Take some time to think about the items you want to remember. These details are what make your day special and YOU.

Detail that you might not have thought of:

  • Anything sentimental. Grandma’s necklace, first letter from your groom, rough draft of your vows.

  • Your clutch for the day

  • Shoes for the reception or getaway

  • A 2nd dress or jumper for the reception

  • Extra flowers or ribbon from your florist to add to the shots

  • Your perfume

  • Your lipstick

  • Jewelry other than your ring

  • Any other cute props for the day, ie sunglasses, a flask, etc.

  • Champagne, or your signature drinks, along with the ingredients to them. I.e. A Moscow Mule: Mule Mug, Liquor, Ginger Beer of choice, lime slices.

Cheers!

Jessi
